Option #1:
When you ordered, you had to fill out a form with both your personal and payment information. Immediately after hitting the 'submit' button, a copy of your
order form was sent to you via email. You can simply use the email address
FROM which we've sent that email to contact us.
Option #2:
Once we have received and processed your order and after receiving a payment authorization number, we have either sent you an private website's link to have access to the product online and/or sent a package in the mail, depending on which plan you had purchased. In both cases, you will find the address for the
private web page to visit if you need to contact us.

Our
customer service team is available to you 45 hours per week!
From Monday to Wednesday: 9:00am to 4:00pm (Eastern Standard Time)
AND...
From Thursday: 9:00am to Friday 9:00am (Eastern Standard Time)
CLOSED on Fridays.
We are mothers too...! We are closed on week-ends and holidays.
