What do I need a License Code for?


ANSWER:

You will need a License Code for the following 'digital/online' products:

  • FREE pH Adjustment Guide
  • Boy/Girl Diet Recipies ($)
  • pH Adjustment's 'Secret Resource File' ($)

* Important Note *
If you became a member before November 1st 2009, please note that we no longer use the License Code system for the 'Crucial Dates'. Simply contact us via email to have access to the upcoming dates you are entitled to receive based on the membership plan you have purchased back then. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and we thank you for your patience.

How to get my License Code number?


QUESTION:

I have just purchased one of your digital products (available 'online' instead of
being shipped in the mail) that require a 'License Code' in order to be viewed.
How do I get my License Code number to have access to my product?


ANSWER:

Complete 'step-by-step' and easy instructions on HOW to have your License
Code issued are posted online on the private web page to which you had
immediate access right after submitting your payment details and completing
the purchase.

If you have missed this precious private web page (and information enclosed)
for any reason, please submit a Ticket and MAKE SURE to include ALL of the
information below:

  • Your FULL name
  • Your email address
  • The exact name of the product
  • The date of purchase
  • The payment receipt number (We CAN'T help without it...!)

(Your receipt number was sent via EMAIL immediately after the purchase.)

QUESTION:

I must have done something wrong because I just realized that I have two (2)
'License Code' numbers for the SAME product... What should I do? I know that
you are monitoring our use of the License Code to make sure that we are not
sharing the product with others. I don't want you to think that I am violating
the rules and consequently, deactivate my License and deny access...


ANSWER:

If you have 2 (or more) License Code numbers for the SAME product, you must let us know as soon as possible by submitting a Ticket. Make sure to include all
the information below:

  • Your FULL name
  • Your email address
  • The exact name of the product
  • ALL your License Code numbers...

My License Code does NOT work...


QUESTION:

I already have my License Code number but it does not give me access
to the digital 'online' file (product). What should I do? Please HELP!


ANSWER:

BEFORE submitting a Ticket, please try this for immediate resolution:


Option #1:

It is possible that you are typing the wrong character... The letter 'O' (caps)
is often being confused with the number '0' (zero). Please try BOTH options.


Option #2:

Please make sure that you do not have a "pop up blocker" software installed.
It will prevent you from opening new windows / web pages / or files.


Option #3:

Your computer may not have the appropriate tool to open the 'PDF' file.

You need a recent version of the 'Adobe Reader' software installed. This
software is automatically installed on all computers (except if outdated).

It is both FREE and easy to install (or update) 'Adobe Reader'.

Option #4:

The file you are trying to open with your License Code number (to have
access to the product) could be temporarily 'offline' while being updated
with fresh & new content. Please try again a few times within a 48 hours
time frame.

Please submit a Ticket and make sure to include the information below:

  • Your FULL name
  • Your email address
  • The exact name of the product
  • Your License Code number
