Missing Newsletter Issues...
QUESTION:
I am receiving your weekly newsletter but a couple of issues
are missing.
I have not received them. What can I do?
ANSWER:
Please note that there is a total of 10 issues. If you have missed
a couple of them, the only thing you can do is to subscribe again. There is no way for you to retrieve issues that might have been accidentaly filtered as junk mail and could not be delivered. You can also visit your email account's spam folder from time to time, just in case one of the issues would be sitting there...!

ANSWER:
Unfortunately, we do not personally manage the mailing lists so we need
your help! You can unsubscribe anytime. You will find instructions on HOW
to do it at the end of every email message you'll receive... ONE mouse

and you're done! ;o)
