How to cancel the monthly shipments?


QUESTION:

I am one of the few remaining customers who's still receiving the automatic
monthly shipments of pH adjustment's dietary supplements. I just found out
that I am pregnant and therefore, I would like to cancel this monthly recurring
order and shipment.


ANSWER:

All you have to do is to submit a Ticket. Please make sure to provide the information below along with your cancellation request:

1. Your FULL name
2. Your email address
3. Your payment receipt number (was emailed to you)
4. The name of the product
5. Your mailing/shipping address

Program's membership (within 30 days)


QUESTION:

I'm requesting a refund for my membership fee. I signed up 2 weeks ago but
I just discovered that I am pregnant....! Please refund my membership fee.


ANSWER:

Please be aware that you must make sure that you are not already pregnant
BEFORE signing up to the Program. FULL refunds are issued only if you do not
give birth to the desired gender after using our Program.

However, if you have to cancel your membership for any reason, it must be
within the next 30 days of your subscription's date and you must send your
refund request by sending us a Ticket.

Here's all the information that MUST be provided in the Ticket:

1. Your FULL name
2. Your email address
3. Desired baby gender
4. Your payment receipt number (it was emailed to you)
5. Why you are cancelling / requesting a refund.

Failure to providing all of the information requested above will result in your
refund request not being processed. Your cooperation is a real time saver for
us and is appreciated.

Please be aware that a $50 administration fee applies for cancelling your
membership after your order was processed. By submitting a refund request,
you agree to those conditions and accept to receive a partial refund.

QUESTION:

I just gave birth to a baby girl. I was a member to the baby boy's Program. Please let me know how to claim a refund for the membership fee.


ANSWER:

Unfortunately, you're part of the 3% upon whom this program has no
power over the final outcome. We are very sorry about this...   :o(

Within *30 days* of your baby's birth date you must:

Print and Fill out the "Our baby is born" form you will find here:
http://www.choosethesexofyourbaby.com/born.html

Go to your local post office and mail the form to the address below.
Make sure to select a postal service *with* a tracking number as
your proof of sending the form within 30 days and also to trace your
envelope & refund's progress 'online' at all times. Mail your form to:

Within *90 days* of your baby's birth date you must:


1. MAIL a copy of your baby's birth certificate to the address above.

2. Make sure to enclose a note including this information:

  • BOTH parents FULL names
  • Your email address
  • Your mailing/shipping address
  • Your payment receipt number

3. Select a postal service *with* a tracking number as your proof of
sending your baby's birth certificate and also to trace your envelope
and refund's progress 'online' at all times.


Please allow reasonable time for your enveloppe to reach us from your country
to Canada. We'll proceed with your refund request and send a cheque to the
mailing address you have provided within 30 days of receiving your envelope
(baby's birth certificate) here in Canada.
