QUESTION:
I'm requesting a refund for my membership fee. I signed up
2 weeks ago but I just discovered that I am pregnant....!
Please refund my membership fee.
ANSWER:
Please be aware that you must make sure that you are not already pregnant
BEFORE signing up to the Program. FULL refunds are issued only if you do not
give birth to the desired gender after using our Program.
However, if you have to cancel your order for any reason, it must be within the first 30 days of the purchase's date.
In order to receive a partial refund, the package MUST be mailed back to us UNOPENED -- no exceptions. You MUST use a mailing service WITH a tracking number so that we can easily trace your package. It will also be used as your proof of returning it back to us and will expedite the.
Please be aware that a $50 administration fee applies for cancelling your order after it has been processed. By returning your package, you agree to those conditions and accept to receive a partial refund.
Do NOT use the "Return to Sender" method. You will NOT receive a refund if you do. Put the unopened package you have received from us in a larger padded envelope or in a small box and ship to the address below.

Please let me know how to claim a refund for the membership fee.

Unfortunately, you're part of the 3% upon whom this program has no
power over the final outcome. We are very sorry about this... :o(

Within *30 days* of your baby's birth date you must:

Print and Fill out the "Our baby is born" form you will find here:

Go to your local post office and mail the form to the address below.
Make sure to select a postal service *with* a tracking number as
your proof of sending the form within 30 days and also to trace your
envelope 'online' at all times. Mail your form to:

Within *90 days* of your baby's birth date you must:
1. MAIL a copy of your baby's birth certificate to the address above.
2. Make sure to enclose a note including this information:
- BOTH parents FULL names
- Your email address
- Your mailing/shipping address
- Your payment receipt number
3. Select a postal service *with* a tracking number as your proof of
sending your baby's birth certificate and also to trace your envelope
'online' at all times.
Please allow reasonable time for your enveloppe to reach us from your country
to Canada. We'll proceed with your refund request and send a cheque to the
mailing address you have provided within 30 days of receiving your baby's birth certificate here in Canada.

As clearly stated and explained at the time of purchase and prior to
receiving your payment, the products below are NOT refundable and are
considered to be FINAL sales:

From time to time, our customer service team receives refund requests from members who have been using the Program for a few months but have now 'changed their minds' about using it. Either they no longer want to have another baby OR someone told them that it would not work OR they feel it's taking too long for them to get pregnant OR they're getting a divorce OR every other reason you can possibly think of...!
Please be advised that the Program's membership fee is NOT refundable for any of the reasons mentionned above. The Program's fee covers a product/service that has been delivered for all these months and will be
refunded ONLY if you don't give birth to the desired gender after using it and precisely following the instructions provided.
By submitting your order form and payment information for the Program, you agree to those terms & conditions.

Credit Card & Paypal Chargebacks ($25 fee - NO exception)
Important note:
We have been online for the last 9 years (since 2001) and have been proudly adding PINK and BLUE to thousands of families Worldwide. If you did NOT receive your package after the normal delivery delay outlined HERE - it does NOT mean that this website is a scam and that you've been ripped off... ;o)
Based on our experience over the past 9 years, here are the main reasons why some packages did not reach the recipients on our 1st delivery attempt:
- The customer made an error while typing the shipping address in their order form at the time of purchase. (Door number, apartment number, zip/postal code, etc...)
- One of our staff members from the shipping department made an error while typing the customer's shipping address on the label.
- The package has been accidentally lost in the process by the postal services OR has been put in the wrong 'group' mailbox.
- One of your neighbours received your package. It is still sitting on their counter top and everytime they see it, they know they 'should' take
the time to walk to your front door or mailbox but for some reason, they don't (and it could take a while before they do... ;o).
Regardless of any of the reasons above, please if you did not receive your package, do not proceed with a chargeback. You will only end-up paying the $25 fee and you will still be out of what you need to select the gender of your baby and balance your family. Simply CONTACT US and we'll make sure to double check your mailing address before shipping a second package.

The Birth Planning Center is proud to say that we have never once had a customer
rightfully chargeback a purchase made from our online store.
Regardless, we have been the victim of criminal or fraudulent chargebacks. A criminal
or fraudulent chargeback is when the credit card holder orders and receives products
or services, then intentionally reverses the charge through their card-issuing bank
stating that they did not place or receive the order.
Unfortunately, this new form of credit card fraud is becoming more common for online
retailers. Fraudulent chargebacks hurt our honest and satisfied customers by forcing
us to raise prices to cover the cost of this dishonest and criminal activity.
The Birth Planning Center does NOT tolerate CREDIT CARD FRAUD. No expense will be
spared and all fraud, without exception, will be prosecuted to the full extent of
the law. In addition, we will pursue civil legal action seeking any loss of income
related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research costs, employee down
time and loss of revenues.
The Birth Planning Center also considers credit card chargebacks to be fraud if you have made no reasonable effort to work with us to resolve any problems with your purchase.
We consider chargebacks to be FRAUD if you initiated a chargeback through your credit card company and/or your bank and/or directly through Paypal, regardless of the refund terms and conditions stated on this web page. We also consider
chargebacks that were initiated to avoid paying the fifty dollars ($50) cancellation fee as a fraud.
Please know that the Birth Planning Center reports all Fraudulent Chargebacks to the appropriate authorities and organizations. NO EXCEPTIONS!
