How long does it take?


QUESTION:

When can I expect to receive my package?


ANSWER:

Regardless of which "plan" you have selected (1-3 or 6 months)...

Once you have successfully submitted your order form, we will process the
sale through our secure merchant account's terminal for authorization within
the next 24-48 hours.

After a successful payment transaction, your file will be transferred to the shipping department. Your package will be shipped to the mailing address
you have provided in the order form. Please note that we proceed with two
(2) shipments per week.

We are using the regular 'First Class' postal services and therefore, we can't provide you with a tracking number, unless you have decided to select our optional EXPRESS shipping service ($).


NORMAL delivery delays (FREE):

  • U.S.A. and Canada = 5 to 10 business days

  • International = 10 to 20 business days

* May take up to 25 business days for India and United Arab Emirates


EXPRESS delivery delays ($):

  • U.S.A. and Canada = 3 to 6 business days ($30)

  • Other countries = 5 to 8 business days ($70)


BUSINESS Days: Exclude weekends & holidays.


Important note:

We have been online for the last 9 years (since 2001) and have been proudly
adding PINK and BLUE to thousands of families Worldwide. If you did NOT
receive your package after the normal delivery delay outlined above - it does NOT mean that this website is a scam and that you've been ripped off...   ;o)

Based on our experience over the past 9 years, here are the main reasons why some packages did not reach the recipients on our 1st delivery attempt:

  • The customer made an error while typing the shipping address in their order form at the time of purchase. (Door number, apartment number, zip/postal code, etc...)


  • One of our staff members from the shipping department made an error while typing the customer's shipping address on the label.


  • The package has been accidentally lost in the process by the postal services OR has been put in the wrong 'group' mailbox.


  • One of your neighbours received your package. It is still sitting on their counter top and everytime they see it, they know they 'should' take
    the time to walk to your front door or mailbox but for some reason, they don't (and it could take a while before they do... ;o).

Regardless of any of the reasons above, please if you did not receive your package, do not proceed with a chargeback. You will only end-up paying the $25 fee and you will still be out of what you need to select the gender of your baby and balance your family. Simply CONTACT US and we'll make sure to double check your mailing address before shipping a second package.

EXPRESS shipping option available?


QUESTION:

I am very anxious to receive my package and I would like to know if
you offer EXPRESS shipping?


ANSWER:

YES, we actually do offer this option.

At the time of purchase, you will be asked if you wish to receive your
product within the normal delivery delay (free) OR if you wish to select
the EXPRESS delivery service ($).

However, please note that express delivery is only available for:

> Canada
> United States
> United Kingdom
> Australia
> New Zealand

The 'tracking number' for your express delivery will be emailed to you at the time of shipment. Please visit www.CanadaPost.ca and type your tracking number in the appropriate field for the current status.

Another option is to call 'Canada Post' directly. Please make sure to have
your 'tracking number' handy before calling them at: 1-888-550-6333

Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours before being able to access
the tracking information online or by phone.

I have not received my package...


QUESTION:

I purchased your product but I have not received my package yet.


ANSWER:

Please make sure that the delivery delays above are expired PRIOR
to contacting us about not receiving your package.

If the delivery delay for your order is expired and you still didn't receive
your package, please simply CONTACT US and make sure to include the information below:

1. Your FULL name
2. Your email address
3. Desired baby gender
4. The DATE of purchase
5. Your mailing/shipping address

Which products are NOT being shipped?


The products below are NOT being shipped to you:


  • Timing Kit

  • Gender Diet's Recipes

  • Acidic/Alkaline forming food Chart

  • pH Adjustment's Option #3 ('Secret Resource File')


If you have purchased one of the products above and were not able to
reach the private web page for immediate access, you MUST submit a
Ticket and provide us with:

1. Your FULL name
2. Your email address
3. Your payment receipt number (was emailed to you)
4. The name of the product
5. The DATE of purchase

Upon reception of this information from you, we will reply with the private
web page's address so that you can have access to the product.
