How long does it take?
QUESTION:
I ordered a product from your web site last week.
When can I expect to receive my product?
ANSWER:
Only 4 of our products are being 'shipped' (mailed) to you:
- pH Level Test Kit
- 3-month supply of pH test strips
- OVATEL - Ovulation monitor
- pH adjustment's Dietary Supplements
The 4 products above are shipped (free of charge)
via the regular postal services unless you have
purchased the 'EXPRESS' delivery service, which is available
for the first 2 products above only.
Here are the NORMAL delivery delays:
- U.S.A. and Canada = 10 to 15 business days
- Other countries = 15 to 25 business days.
Here are the EXPRESS delivery delays:
- U.S.A. and Canada = 3 to 6 business days
- Other countries = 5 to 8 business days.
The 'tracking number' for your express delivery service was emailed
to you at the time of shipment. Please visit www.CanadaPost.ca and type
your tracking number in the appropriate field for the current status.
Concerning the delivery delays, we are refering to 'business' days. Meaning that it
EXCLUDES week-ends & statutory holidays. Please calculate starting on the date you
have purchased the product.
Please make sure that the delivery delays above are expired PRIOR to
contacting us and submitting a Ticket about not receiving your order.
If the delivery delay for your order is expired
and you have still not received your product, please
submit a Ticket and make sure to include the information below:
1. Your FULL name
2. Your email address
3. Your payment receipt number (was emailed to you)
4. The name of the product
5. The DATE of purchase
6. Your mailing/shipping address

anything in the mail and I have not received any information
from you either. Where is my product?
ANSWER:
The access to the Program's membership private
web page was available to you immediately after
you have submitted your payment details at the
time of purchase... You must have missed it!
You MUST submit a Ticket and provide us with:
1. Your FULL name
2. Your email address
3. Your payment receipt number (was emailed to you)
4. The DATE of purchase
5. The name of the product
6. The desired baby's gender
Upon reception of this information from you,
we'll reply with the private web page's address
so that you can have access to the Program's membership.

I have purchased a 'Timing Kit' last week and I have
still not received it yet. What is the delivery delay?
ANSWER:
The Timing Kit is NOT shipped in the mail...!
It was available "online" via a private web
page immediately after you have submitted
your payment details at the time of purchase.
You probably have missed it then...
You MUST submit a Ticket and provide us with:
1. Your FULL name
2. Your email address
3. Your payment receipt number (was emailed to you)
4. The name of the product
5. The DATE of purchase

I am very anxious to receive my product and I
would like to know if you offer EXPRESS shipping?
ANSWER:
YES, we actually do offer this option for two (2) of our products:
- pH level test Kit
- 3-month supply of pH test strips
At the time of purchase, you will be asked if you wish to
receive your product within the normal delivery delay (free)
OR if you wish to order the EXPRESS delivery service ($).
