customer service team is available from Monday to Wednesday:

of operation: 8:30am to 4:30pm EST (Eastern Standard Time)
AND from Thursday: 8:30am to Friday 8:30am. Closed on Fridays.
We
are mothers too...! We are closed on week-ends and holidays.
